This is my Multidisciplinary Senior Design project. We are converting a manual 20 ton lab pellet press to automatic operation, to assist researchers working on solid state battery technology. I worked on designing and building a hydraulic power unit to supply hydraulic pressure to the press.

I have worked on several machine learning models, including an autoencoder trained on art images as a learning exercise, a 3D sparse autoencoder model, and a YOLO computer vision object detection model implemented on a Jetson Orin Nano.
